Pro accounts also have added benefits, like being able to use premium elements, fonts, images and music, remove photo backgrounds, resize designs, save your brand colors and upload your own fonts.

You can add your own logo with one click, then place it wherever you want & alter the size if needed. Video tutorials are available to quarterly and annual members inside the membership to show you how. Even if you're not tech savvy you'll be able to do it easily! 

The graphics are sized for Instagram posts, however usage isn’t limited to Instagram. You can use the graphics for any social media and blog posts, on your website, in promotional advertising and in pretty much any type of marketing you wish. Click here to read the full terms and conditions.

Members can cancel anytime, however due to the digital nature of our membership, we are unable to give refunds. You must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged. Once you've been charged we have a strict no-refund policy.

The templates are suitable for all kinds of businesses, including dog walkers, dog trainers, pet sitters, dog daycare, pet boutiques and dog groomers as well as social media managers specializing in pet brands. 

They also work well for other businesses that wish to target dog owners, such as pet-friendly apartment complexes, for example.

The graphics are made to primarily appeal to pet parents in the 25-55-year-old range, who treat their pets like family. If this is your target market the graphics may be a good fit for your business.

Yes, just as long as they access them directly through your Canva account. You can't share or import the templates to another account. 

If you have a VA, IC or employee on your team who needs access to the templates through their own Canva account, they will need their own subscription to the membership.

It's OK to use the templates with Canva's "teams" feature, however VA's, employees or other members of your team who are not Templates for Pet Pros subscribers are not permitted to use, share, or post the templates with other accounts outside of their work for you. 

Yes! Support is available via email and in the private Facebook group. You can also use Canva's support team. 

While you can’t share the actual template with clients you absolutely can use the templates to create graphics for your clients! Clients must be given edited files in a format such as .jpg, .png, .mp4, .pdf, or similar. These must be customized by changing the fonts/colors, adding your client logo or name. Absolutely! The templates are meant to be customized. You can change colors, fonts and most elements of the templates. Swap out the photos or videos or upload your own, you can even add your logo if you choose. It only takes a couple clicks of the mouse and voila, you're done!

As a quarterly or annual member you'll get access to a library of video tutorials to show you how. Monthly members should have a working knowledge of Canva before joining.

Many of the templates are universal, however templates are released based on seasons in the U.S. and will reference fall, spring, summer and winter topics in alignment with our seasons. Some include recipes with imperial system measurements and National and U.S. holidays as well. 

Full Access Quarterly and Annual members gain instant access to ALL the template packs from our initial launch in June 2020 to the present. Monthly members do not have access to these.

Some of our templates are available in our template shop, however many are member exclusive. Members get a significant discount as well. 

We began including more cat-focused templates in April 2024. Monthly template packs from then on include cat versions of templates whenever possible. While most of our templates are geared toward dogs, we do have quarterly & annual member members who solely serve cat clients and find our template library selection of kitty options very effective.

Many of the templates, but not all, can be altered by swapping out dog graphics/images and topic titles to cat-related content. Quarterly & annual members get access to several cat-specific template packs, including holidays & observances, carousels and lists.
